Q. Why should I buy from Corgi Collectors Models ?

Q. What level of service can I expect from Corgi Collectors Models ?
A. We are proud of the reputation we are building with Customers for giving a high level of service. This is because we are able to offer quality models at affordable prices which are well packed and despatched promptly to our Customers. We have received many complimentary feedback comments from Customers and our aim is to receive many more !
Q. Do Corgi Collectors Models accept payment by Credit Card ?
A. Currently payment by Credit Card is not accepted through the website. There are two main reasons for this.
The first is that the additional cost of the annual fee to integrate with the Electronic Shopping Cart via the website and also the fee charged per transaction by the Credit Card Payment Provider would have to be added to the cost of the models, and therefore means that model prices would have to increase to reflect this.
The second reason is security. A secure server is required for entering Credit Card details and there is always the danger that these details can be intercepted by an unauthorised third party when transmitted via the internet.
Payment therefore is accepted via the post. There is the danger the payment could be lost in the post but a cheque / postal order made out to one party cannot be cashed by an unauthorised third party even if it were intercepted.
Q. If I pay by cheque, how quickly can I expect my order to be despatched ?
A. Generally orders are despatched within a week of receiving a cheque payment. All orders are sent by First Class Recorded Delivery so will arrive within two days (usually next day) in the UK.
Obviously international orders will take longer but these are despatched airmail so should arrive within a week, up to ten days if long distance.
Q. Do I get a discount if I order more than one Model ?
A. A 5% discount is applied to Orders of £50.00 or more (not applicable to postage costs).
